    I didn't follow the link so I don't know if this was quoted but I heard Colonel Brigadier Rearadmiral Hudnut on the news last night say that in all of his 30 years of overseeing these drills, nothing like this has every happened before. So yes, your children can sleep easy - Col. B. RA. Hudnut's got it under control.
